This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the website and mobile application, whether they contract the services for their personal use, or to make them available as a work tool to their partners/service providers. Thus, all users accept that the use of our services is governed by this policy, from the first moment of entering the website or mobile application, regardless of whether plans are subscribed.
The Health Zone-e, collects data from preexercise evaluation through the health screening questionnaires: 2020 PAR-Q+ e PARmed-X. As well as from nutrition assessment, that consists of body composition and meal plan. And in the evaluation of the general physical condition, which is related to cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular fitness, mobility and flexibility. These data are entered by the user or by the exercise professional who is monitoring it and/or from the health professional who uses our services, and are saved in the application so that they can be consulted later.
The collection of this data will allow the obtaining of the health classification and the use of the integrated management functionality. There are no mandatory fields, however, filling them completely will give the user a more complete experience.
The collection focuses on account data, correspondence, inquiry, notification, profile, publication, service, transaction, use, so that the maintenance of the relationship with the user is allowed, which is directly related to the services of customer support, billing, marketing and service improvement.
The collection also consists of safety and risk management data, as well as legal data, in order to allow Health Zone-e to comply with any administrative and judicial obligation/order and also to avoid fraud situations.
In addition to sharing data with HYPERLINK INFOSYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED it is planned to use social networks, such as: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, and services such as Outlook, Google, Play Store, App Store among others. And Google Analytics services.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
The mobile application is available on the App Store, and therefore there is sharing of data with Apple Inc.
When the website or mobile application is used by professionals, who provide a service to a client, whose health and physical condition will be evaluated, the client will be responsible for agreeing with the user of the application, which data may be used and saved in it.
The messages and comments generated by our service are only seen by the user of the application.
The profile photo is optional, and as personal data.
Health Zone-e takes measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data placed on its website and mobile application. In this sense, it informs its users that it is responsible for the processing of their data, with the company HYPERLINK INFOSYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED as its subcontractor who is responsible for the treatment, guaranteeing scrupulous compliance with the Data Protection Regulation, as well as its security and confidentiality.
The subcontractor HYPERLINK INFOSYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED remains bound by confidentiality, even if it ceases to collaborate with Health Zone-e.
As for payment methods, they can be made through the platforms Ifthepay, Stripe, Paypal, Easypay, In-App-Purchases, and may include: Credit or Debit Card, ATM Reference, Mbway, SEPA Direct Debit, Bank Transfer.
This payment platform (In-App Purchase) is necessarily used, when the mobile application is downloaded via the App Store.
We remind you that as a holder of personal data you have: Right of Access, Right of Rectification, Right to Erase, Right to Limitation of Treatment, Right to Portability, Right to Opposition, Right to Withdraw your Consent.
Note that the portability right only applies when the treatment is based on express consent or the performance of a contract; and when the processing in question is carried out by automated means.
The data may be kept for the period of limitation of the contractual rights and obligations of Health Zone-e towards users and/or its subcontractors.
The last amendment to the GDPR took place in 2021 and this Privacy Policy complies with the current version of this Regulation.
